Selection Criteria In addition to the above criteria, the commission in charge of studying application files takes into account the priorities of the Cameroonian government in accordance with the specifications of the donor country or organization. Application requirements Apart from the form which is specific to some scholarship offers, application files generally comprise the following documents: An application bearing a 500 CFA francs stamp addressed to the Minister of Higher Education A certificate of nationality A certified true copy of the candidate's birth certificate Transcripts of the last three years (Form 5, Lower and Upper sixths) Certified true copies of certificates Certified true copies of transcripts/slips A medical certificate attesting that the candidates is free from contagious diseases 4 passport - size photographs
