A selection for readmission into year one of the Second cycle of the Higher Teachers’ Training College of the University of Yaounde I, the Advanced Teachers’ Training College of Bambili and the Advanced Teachers’ Training School for Technical Education of the University of Douala for the 2010/2011 academic year have been launched in the following series  and in accordance with the number of places available as shown in the tables below   :

Application files for re-admission into the Higher Teachers’ Training College of Yaounde and the Advanced Teachers’ Training School for Technical Education of Douala must include the following documents:

• A stamped hand written application addressed to the Minister of Higher Education through the Minister of Secondary Education;
• a certified true copy of  DIPES I or DIPET I and that of the Bachelor Degree or Licence;
• a certified true copy of Bachelor Degree for the candidates of ENS only ;
• a certified true copy of the birth certificate less than three (03) months old;
• a certified true copy of the first certificate of assumption of duty to prove that the candidate is at least 3 years old in the Public Service ;
• a certificate of assumption of duty for the current academic year;
• a receipt upon payment of fifteen thousand (15 000) F CFA as application fees. These registration fee should be paid for the “Agent Financier” of the Department of Higher Education Development at EXPRESS UNION, Warda – Yaoundé ;
•   the text integrating the candidate into the Public Service.

Candidates for re-admission shall deposit their application files in the Ministry of Secondary Education . The files submitted at the Ministry of Basic Education should be forwarded to the Ministry of Secondary Education within the same date limit for due consideration by the Commission to be set up by the Minister of Higher Education. All complete files must be deposited at the Ministry of Higher Education, Higher Education Development no later that 27 august 2010.     

 The commission set up by the Minister of Higher Education for selection shall prepare the list of candidates proposed for final admission by order of merit. Final results shall be published by the Minister of Higher Education.

The Rector of the University of Yaounde I, the Rector of the University of Douala, the Director of Higher Education Development, the Director of the  Higher Teachers’ Training College of Yaounde and the Director of the Advanced Teachers’ Training School for Technical Education, are  each one entrusted with the implementation of this Decision which shall  be registered and published in English and French wherever need be.
