Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur a l’honneur de rappeler aux Enseignants-chercheurs en service dans les huit (08) Universit\u00e9s d’Etat que, suite \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 disposition des fonds par le Ministre des Finances, les op\u00e9rations de paiement de l’allocation relative au compte d’affectation sp\u00e9ciale pour la modernisation de la recherche universitaire, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le Chef de l’Etat le 08 avril 2009, et correspondant au 1er trimestre de l’exercice 2020, ont lieu depuis le jeudi 23 avril 2020. Elles se poursuivent normalement par virement aupr\u00e8s des banques de domiciliation des comptes des enseiqnants concern\u00e9s ou par billetage \u00e0 l’Agence Comptable du Compte d’Affectation Sp\u00e9ciale situ\u00e9e au 10e \u00e9tage du Minist\u00e8re de l’Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur, conform\u00e9ment au calendrier arr\u00eat\u00e9 par les services techniques du Minist\u00e8re des Finances.<\/p>\n

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education hereby reminds Teachers-Researchers of the eight (8) State Universities that, following the disbursement of funds by the Minister of Finance, payment operations of the allowance pertaining to the earmarked account for the modernization of academie research, opened by the Head of State on 8 April 2009, and corresponding to the first (1 st) quarter of the 2020 fiscal year, have been taking place since Thursday 23 April 2020. The said operations are continuing normally through transfer in banks where the accounts of the teachers concerned are domiciled, or through payment in cash at the Accounting Office of the Earmarked Account located on the tenth (10 th) floor of the Ministry of Higher Education, according to the schedule agreed upon by the technical services of the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>\n
