On behalf of the Minister of State, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education presided over the 104th and 105th ordinary sessions of the National Commission for the Evaluation of Training Provided Abroad, on this Thursday 12 May 2022, in the conference room of the Higher Teachers’ Training College of Yaounde. These twin sessions open the year 2022 with 1987 files to review.
\nProfessor NYONGBET Wilfred GABSA, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education recalled that these sessions are held in a context marked by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and by the limitation of travel abroad, as part of the barrier measures to fight against the spread of COVID-19. Consequently, no external missions were carried out to authenticate the diplomas. This is the main reason for the low number of applications submitted to these sessions of the CNE. There were 994 applications for the 104th session and 993 for the 105th. One also notes 15 rejections, 18 false diplomas and two pending applications.<\/p>\n
