The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, is pleased to announce to equivalence request applicants of different grades, titles and certificates offered abroad that, in accordance with High Instructions from the HEAD OF STATE on the modernisation of the public service in Cameroon, an online platform for submitting, processing and monitoring equivalence requests will be available from the 1st of January 2025, on the website www.equivalence.cm<\/a><\/span> .<\/div>\n
Also, in accordance with the finance law, a fee of twenty five thousand (25.000) FCFA has been set for each equivalence resquest file. This new development which comes at a time of economic resilience, aims at supporting the state budgetary efforts in order to assure, guarantee, preserve and upgrade the services rendered to applicants. Furthermore, thanks to this additional resource, the envisaged digitalisation process will enable us reach the goal of accessibility, transparency, demassification, diligence and efficiency in the treatment of equivalence requests in the Ministry of Higher Education.<\/div>\n
To this effect and as a prelude to the launch of this new platform, the following transitional measures have been put in place :<\/div>\n
1- a deadline for the submission of equivalence requests for the current year is set for Friday 27th of December 2024, at 3:30 p.m, at the mail service of the Ministry of Higher Education (Room 929) ;<\/div>\n
