the Ministry of Higher Education, on the Very High Instructions of <strong>His Excellency Paul BIYA<\/strong>, President of the Republic, Head of State, and under the supervision of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, hereby launches for young graduates of Public and Private Institutions of Higher Education, a program called: \u00ab\u00a0Presidential Support Program for the Employability of Young Graduates of Higher Education via the Creation of Enterprises\u00a0\u00bb(PRO-PAEJ), which aims at supporting young Cameroonian graduates of Higher Education, promoters of a style=\"text-align: justify;\">Project funding ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marketing of the activity ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Installation Assistance ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Provision of equipment ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technical, legal and administrative assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Eligibility :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be of Cameroonian nationality, regardless of sex and between the ages of 16 and 40 ;<\/li>\n<li>Holder of at least a higher education diploma not more than 05 years old ;<\/li>\n<li>Have an enterprise or carrying out an income-generating activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Constitution of the application file :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A description of the project to be downloaded from the MINESUP website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minesup.gov.cm\">www.minesup.gov.cm<\/a> ;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>An administrative file of the project leader ;\n<ul>\n<li>A certified copy of the highest university degree ;<\/li>\n<li>A certified copy of the birth certificate ;<\/li>\n<li>An extract of the certificate of non-conviction, Bulletin n \u00b0 3 not\u00a0 more than 03 months old ;<\/li>\n<li>A resume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Administrative file of the activity :\n<ul>\n<li>For those who have an enterprise:\n<ul>\n<li>Business license ;<\/li>\n<li>Taxpayer\u2019s card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For those who have an income-generating activity :\n<ul>\n<li>All supporting documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For those who have an idea of a project.\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Present the idea of the creation of an enterprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The complete application files can either be sent
