The Minister of State, Minister of the Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, Professor Jacques FAME NDONGO, granted an audience to Mr Zhao Zongzhi, Cameroon General manager of China First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. (CFHEC),  on Tuesday, 21 July 2026. The meeting is coming after the signing, on 13 January 2026, of the framework partnership agreement between MINESUP and CFHEC, aimed at enhancing the employability of Higher Education graduates through the training and certification of the professional competencies of higher Education students in the field of major infrastructure.

Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Chancelier des Ordres Académiques, le Professeur Jacques FAME NDONGO, a reçu en audience ce mardi 21 juillet 2026 Monsieur Zhao Zongzhi, Directeur Général Cameroun de la China First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd(CFHEC). Cette rencontre intervient après la signature, le 13 janvier 2026, de l’accord-cadre de partenariat entre le MINESUP et la CFHEC, visant le renforcement de l’employabilité des diplômés à travers la capacitation et la certification des compétences professionnelles des étudiants de l’enseignement supérieur dans les métiers  des grandes infrastructures.

La République Fédérale du Brésil met à la disposition du Gouvernement Camerounais des bourses d’études des niveaux Master et Doctorat au titre de l’année 2026/2027.

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of  Academic Orders has been informed that some digital plateforms are reporting that the Afican institute of Computer Science (IAI)-Cameroon is not recognized by the Cameroonian Ministry of Higher Education.

He wishes to inform the public, and more specifically the academic community and all bodies responsable for the assessment and award of academic equivalences that this information is wrong.

Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’ Enseignement Supérieur(MINESUP) a été mis au courant de ce que, certaines plateformes numériques font été  de la non reconnaissance de l’Institut Africain d’Informatique(IAI)-Camroun par le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur de Cameroun.

Il tient à informer l’opinion publique, et plus particulièrement la communauté universitaire et tout organisme en charge de la collation et de l’attribution des équivalences, que ces informations sont erronées.

Le Mercredi 24 juin 2026, s’est tenu dès 09 heures précises, dans la salle des actes de l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de l’Université de Yaoundé I, la 6èmè session ordinaire de la commission technique ad hoc chargée des opérations relatives à la délivrance des diplômes sous la présidence de Monsieur le Secrétaire Général du Ministre de l’ Enseignement Supérieur, Représentant personnel du Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’ Enseignement Supérieur, Chancelier des Ordres Académiques.

Acting upon the High Instructions of H.E. the Prime Minister, Head of Government, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, Professor Jacques FAME NDONGO, granted an audience on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, to a high-level Chinese delegation led by Mrs. Aïssatou OUMAROU, Attaché at the Cabinet of the Prime Minister, Head of Government. She was accompanied by Mr. HUANG GHUNXIAO, President of the Chinese Industrialists, senior officials of KBGC, a company established by the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), as well as representatives of the Hangzhou International Visa Centre, an institution partnering with more than 200 Chinese Universities and accredited in 40 African countries. Following the customary courtesies, the Minister of State and his guests explored avenues of cooperation in the areas of digital capacity building, talent development, technological innovation and the diversification of high-level strategic partnerships in Higher Education.
