In execution of the Very High Instructions of the Head of State, conveyed by the Minister of State, Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic, and in accordance with one of the Very High Announcements made public in his inaugural speech on 6 November 2025, relating to the resumption of competitive entrance examinations into the Higher Teachers’ and Higher Technical Teachers’ Training Colleges, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, hereby informs the national public that competitive entrance examinations into the five (05) Higher Teachers’ Training Colleges (HTTC) and the four (04) Higher Technical Teachers’ Training Colleges (HTTTC) are open for the 2025–2026 academic year.
To this end, he invites prospective candidates for the various competitive examinations to consult, upon publication of this press release, the application procedures on the official websites of the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP), the HTTCs and the HTTTCs, as set out in the thirty-two (32) Orders signed today by the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, after endorsement by the Services of the Prime Minister, Head of Government.            Download the press release
