– des titulaires du Baccalauréat dans les séries ci-dessus mentionnées ou du General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE/AL) au moins dans trois matières scientifiques ;
– des titulaires de tout autre diplôme admis en équivalence ou en dispense par le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur,
