Cérémonie d’installation des responsables récemment nommés au MINESUP

Trois responsables prennent service au Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur. Il s’agit du Pr Martin Paul Ango Medjo, Inspecteur des Services n°3, du Pr Clautilde Mofor, Inspecteur Académique n°2 et du Dr Sigismond Hervey Mvele, Inspecteur Académique n°3, nommés par décret du Premier Ministre du 08 mai 2020. Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Chancelier des Ordres Académiques, informe la Communauté Universitaire, l’opinion publique, nationale et internationale, que l’Institut Supérieur de Technologie et de Gestion d’Afrique Centrale (ISTG-AC), a ouvert un cycle de Doctorat Ph.D., sans autorisation préalable du Ministère, au mépris de la réglementation en vigueur.   Télécharger le Communiqué

Reprise des cours en présentiel dès le 1er juin 2020.

Sept recommandations ont sanctionné la réunion présidée le 29 avril 2020 en visioconférence par le Ministre d’État, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, et qui réunissait les chefs des institutions universitaires nationales et internationales, les responsables des établissements à statut particulier, ainsi que les promoteurs des institutions privées d’enseignement supérieur. Des résolutions qui vont de la reprise effective des cours en présentiel dès le 1er juin 2020 à la logistique sanitaire relative à la riposte contre le COVID-19, en passant par le réaménagement du calendrier académique et l’éclatement des filières à grands effectifs.    Télécharger le Communiqué

Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur a l’honneur de rappeler aux Enseignants-chercheurs en service dans les huit (08) Universités d’Etat que, suite à la mise à disposition des fonds par le Ministre des Finances, les opérations de paiement de l’allocation relative au compte d’affectation spéciale pour la modernisation de la recherche universitaire, créé par le Chef de l’Etat le 08 avril 2009, et correspondant au 1er trimestre de l’exercice 2020, ont lieu depuis le jeudi 23 avril 2020. Elles se poursuivent normalement par virement auprès des banques de domiciliation des comptes des enseiqnants concernés ou par billetage à l’Agence Comptable du Compte d’Affectation Spéciale située au 10e étage du Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur, conformément au calendrier arrêté par les services techniques du Ministère des Finances.

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education hereby reminds Teachers-Researchers of the eight (8) State Universities that, following the disbursement of funds by the Minister of Finance, payment operations of the allowance pertaining to the earmarked account for the modernization of academie research, opened by the Head of State on 8 April 2009, and corresponding to the first (1 st) quarter of the 2020 fiscal year, have been taking place since Thursday 23 April 2020. The said operations are continuing normally through transfer in banks where the accounts of the teachers concerned are domiciled, or through payment in cash at the Accounting Office of the Earmarked Account located on the tenth (10 th) floor of the Ministry of Higher Education, according to the schedule agreed upon by the technical services of the Ministry of Finance.

Circular Letter on the implementation of Anti-COVID-19 Government preventive measures within the Ministry of Higher Education.

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education

Within the framework of the reinforcement of Government’s preventive measures and in prolongation of the fight against the deadly effects and spread of COVID-19 prescribed by His Excellency Paul BIYA, President of the Republic, Head of State and made public by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph DION NGUTE, on the 17th of March 2020, and given by extension of my Circular Letter n° 20-00016/MINESUP/SG/IGS/IGA/DDES/DAJ of 21st of April 2020, the following measures must henceforth be applied within the Ministry of Higher Education, in view of protecting all my collaborators and stakeholders of the Ministerial department placed under my responsibility.

These measures which concern missions within the Higher Education System and abroad, Coordination, Committee meetings and ceremonies, the reception of users, audiences and visits, are geared towards ensuring the continuity of the public service in respect of public health and Government’s exigencies on preventing the spread of COVID-19 and the protection of the population.    Download the Circular Letter
